Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial gives you Essential with no card and no commitment. Pro is paid from day one. You choose a plan when it ends, or before.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not picked a plan, your workspace becomes read-only: your briefs and the latest results stay visible, but nothing new is computed. Your data is kept for 90 days, and we email you before deleting it. Pay at any point to pick up where you left off.
If I pay during the trial, do I lose the remaining days?
No, if you choose Essential: your first payment happens when the trial ends, whatever the day you subscribe. Pro is charged right away.
What does “unlimited” mean on Pro?
As many briefs as a small team reasonably needs, without counting. If your use grows to the scale of a whole organization, we will talk to you about Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your workspace settings whenever you like: no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
What happens if I go over a plan limit?
You keep everything you already have; you just cannot add more briefs or members than your plan allows until you upgrade.
How does upgrading or downgrading work?
Change plans anytime from your workspace. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve, on Essential and Pro alike. Use the Monthly / Yearly switch above the plans to compare.
